Insurance
We are happy to assist you with filing your dental insurance claims and maximizing payment for your dental care. We do ask that you provide all necessary information to help us with your dental coverage and pay all deductibles and co-payments at the time of service.
We are in network with most PPO & Tricare plans such as Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, GEHA, Connection Dental, and United Concordia. We currently do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or HMO plans.
Payments
All payments for services rendered are due at the time of treatment. Our office staff will review your treatment estimate prior to scheduling treatment. Any treatment estimate that involves insurance are estimates only. We are happy to submit pre-authorization of treatment to insurance companies; however, this does not guarantee payment. Patients are responsible for any payment not covered by their insurance.
